JOHNNY STEWART INDUCTED INTO THE JAMES L. PETIGRU AMERICAN INN OF COURT

CHARLESTON, SC – Clawson and Staubes attorney, Johnny Stewart, was inducted into the James L. Petigru American Inn of Court on August 25, 2017. The Petigru Inn is comprised of judges, lawyers and law students from the Charleston area and meets in Charleston six times throughout the academic year. Each year, approximatately twelve students from the Charleston School of Law are invited into membership based on their demonstrated leadership, professionalism, public service and academic commitment. Stewart was one of the invited members this year. The goal of the Petigru Inn is to provide an atmosphere that fosters collegiatelity among practicing lawyers and judges, as well as to provide a means of educating our law student members about the legal profession. “Being inducted into the Petigru Inn is been a great honor,” says Stewart. “I am looking forward to being a part of this selective group, and will continue to demonstrate the leadership that allowed me to be r...
