Dan is
an associate in the Charleston office practicing in the area of insurance
coverage and insurance defense. In 2003, he graduated from Rutgers University
earning a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in philosophy and in 2015,
he graduated cum laude from Charleston School of Law. Dan earned CALI awards in
Constitutional Law and White Collar/Corporate Crime, and he was awarded the
Arthur G. Howe Trial Advocacy Award. Additionally, he recently completed a
judicial clerkship with The Honorable Roger Young. Dan was admitted to the
South Carolina Bar in 2016.
Chase McNair is an associate in the Charleston office practicing in general insurance defense work. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Clemson University in 2009 and he earned his law degree from the Charleston School of Law in 2012. McNair’s experience includes complex litigation, class actions, employment, business disputes and personal injury litigation. Chase was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2012.
